Design Process
Initial Consultation
Clients will meet with our designer on site to discuss their wants and desires along with likes and dislikes. This consultation allows for the designer to get a good feel for the site and its possibilities and limitations. Suggestions will be made to help guide the designer on the initial design
Site Measurements and Analysis
Measurements will be taken of the site and anything that will affect the design. The designer will make notes about the site to include: light and soil conditions, existing plant materials, views on and off-site, just to name a few.
Initial Design Presentation
This presentation takes place at our garden center. At this time the designer will present an initial plan based on all notes gathered previously. The designer will go over all materials proposed in the design and give reasons for selections. At this point likes, dislikes, and concerns are discussed giving the designer a chance to adjust the plan as needed. Clients can walk through with the designer and look at all suggested materials first hand.
Landscape Bid Presentation
At the same time the initial design is presented an estimate is presented. The estimate includes all materials, taxes, and labor charges to complete the proposed design.
Once a final design and bid have been reached. A preliminary install date can be set for your work to begin. Dates are subject to change due to weather delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Installation
We install all of our own landscape designs. Our professional installation crews take pride in every job they do, no matter the size, in order to give you the best results possible.
